Pros

Easy onboarding and no complicated requirements. Salary is above the basic package you'll usually get in other BPOs with entry-level positions, especially considering that CallMax is just a small, local BPO company. So far getting paid on time without any dispute.

Cons

The company is a bit unorganized as a whole, even in a WFH setup. The HR is not as grand as you would like it to be. The HMO package is not promising, or even a bit disappointing. You may be offered a high salary package but the basic pay is very low. What makes it a good offer is the allowance/pay specific to your account. This additional allowance/pay may be subject to change if you get transferred to a different account.
