Pros
The thing with working at Calogy Solutions is that there is no limit to the expression of your creativity. As a project leader and simulation expert, I can always explore the most interesting innovative ideas with the appropriate resources (workforce, tools, trainings...). Moreover, the relationships between colleagues are really fluid, which has the effect of transcending our motivation and resolving problems quickly, even with the current remote working of covid-19... which by the way had so little effect on us.
Cons
We miss one employee to set up a volley-ball team.
