Thank you for allowing Me 2 weeks of training than letting me go because I was making mistakes even being new and doing the best I can and instead of trying them in a different position or allowing them to improve or better training? F.Y.I All Higher ups next time you want to terminate someone try being in the same room and doing it them in person not being a bunch excuse my language " Little Girls" having someone else do it for you!! 😎

Working at Calumet electronics can be the worst experience ever if you don't suck up to management. If you have valid concerns that are well documented they will overlook things and disregard what you have to say and label you as "the drama within factory 1-5". They promote and praise those who aren't actually good at their jobs, and are actually "walking HR violations" and will actively joke and brag about what they get away with. Be prepared for them to loosely follow their own rules depending on who is breaking the rules and to deal with people who only have jobs because they are friends with someone who runs the company.
