Pros
Flexible vacation policy, but don't you dare ignore Slack
Cons
Expectations aren't made clear, but if you don't meet them you're publicly berated at staff meetings. Or yelled at in private. Or both. Salary is abysmal. Health insurance is great, but they aren't even trying to keep pace with actual cost of living. Training is non-existent. Management doesn't trust employees to do their jobs. Unhealthy work environment. HR department is non-existent. So enmeshed with management that any complaints you may have you may as well try to bring to the boss.
