      Fantastic place to do interesting work with a lovely, supportive team

      Pros

      Small, skilled and responsible teams working on a variety of different projects; from heritage apps for museums and councils to building bespoke software for large enterprises. Lots of interesting problems to solve! A very supportive culture with lots of communication, with good documented processes and a desire to always improve.

      Cons

      It can be challenging (and fun!) work. If you have a “self-starter” approach you can do really well at Calvium!

      * Collaborative approach to projects - both with clients and amongst different disciplines in the team. * Friendly team who were all passionate & skilled in their specific roles. * A lot of freedom & responsibility is given to individual contributors who want it. * Leadership is genuinely open to debate and interested in what employees have to say. * Wide variety of interesting projects & clients to work with. * Exposure to a range of professional situations, to develop your skills laterally.
