Pay plan changes yearly for the worse Very few units have gross in them to make commission on they will tell you that you can make 100k, thats when you are a manager Average associate makes 50k

This place is a mis-managed heap. If you want to cheat people out of their money this would be a good fit for you. Don’t go here if have a conscience. This is an every person for himself type of company…from the top down. They will care as much about you as they do their customers,absolute zero! The company has CONSISTENTLY lowered pay plans and continue to do so. Do yourself a favor,find another job.
