Lack of Coaching Poor Communication they claim to be a "family" oriented business', but this is a guise they are just looking out for the their investment and do not really care about the employees and will toss you aside in a heartbeat. they claim to care about indigenous affairs, but just like every oil and gas company that is not indigenous owed. they just see the opportunity to make $$$ from the reserves and talk a big talk about truly caring. It is an old style company that will ask for your opinion but if that does not line up with their thought process you are brushed aside and ignored. They try to be so different from the large propane suppliers, but for some reason cannot see that they run their business the same way, $$$ first and people second and anyone that is deemed a trouble maker is very easily replaced. save yourself the time and apply to anywhere else.

Long hours in the busy season can have you seeing more of the office than you do your home, but it's part of the industry standard. November to February are often jam-packed with work, but it does ease up in March.
