Pros

Great benefits, wages, incentives. Scheduling problems may arise and not dealt with properly

Cons

All politics and stats..becoming like a bell call centre where you just become a number. CAA used to be like one big happy family, now they don't seem to consider or care about the effort, time and experience that workers put in. They have lost many many great employees who have given the company their past great reputation and now CAA has become just another call centre and company. Long time clients are not recognized and /or rewarded for their loyalty. It has all become about the bottom line and not about 'keeping members safe' or making them trust CAA.
