they over prepped a lot of pizza for practicing which resulted in the opportunity to constantly eat poorly made pizza that just falls off of the flimsy crust that isn't cooked entirely, you also got free shirts while you worked there, not enough for all you shifts but hey, do laundry every day for one shirt

Cons

The higher ups of the company don't really know what they are doing and treat their employee's poorly and lie to them constantly, they talk about how they are certified in italy but the executive chef constantly runs the oven too hot and results in a pizza that would fail the standards, he also only has a honorary certification, he hasn't passed any of the qualifiers, just know the people on the board

The brand provided health insurance, dental, and vision to GM, AGM, and KM. The food is great!

Cons

During the 2 years I was employed not 1 of the 11 restaurants had a full management team (GM, AGM, KM, AKM) so we leaned heavily on hourly key holders. Corporate leadership team is way too small to accommodate all of the restaurants, especially HR. It often felt like a good ole boy's club.
