Pros

As a part of CapRelo team, I feel much comfortable to put forward my ideas for the betterment of process and as a company. This confidence I got from the kind of support my management is providing to me day in day out.

Cons

None as of now, I really enjoy working with the company and current management.

Pros

From a sales perspective the best reason to work at Capital Relocation Services would be if you are in need of work or currently unemployed. Think twice about leaving an exisitng job for this organization.

Cons

Senior management has spent entire careers inside the Thrid Party Relocation Provider industry. The company perspective is that they have outstanding resources available for the sales force that will support new client acquisition. Reality is sales support , leads, bid tools are weak. Sales force turnover is beyond comparison. Senior management sales force belief : Team when we win, You when we lose.

- decent compensation for 8-5 work hours - you get respect if you have area specific knowledge and years of experiences. - diversity is observed within the company

Cons

- there were some large layoffs recently but the company has been doing well, compared with the competitors. You need to have area specific knowledge to survive. - promotion is slow

The COVID-19 global pandemic has impacted a variety of businesses across many industries, CapRelo initiated the steps necessary to reassign talent to other business areas and experienced less than a 5% reduction of staff. Our talent drives our success and our recovery period has been minimal as a result.
