We're starting the practice of responding to reviews when applicable as part of our ongoing efforts to bring transparency and accountability to more areas of our work.
First, we want to thank you for your feedback. We acknowledge that laying off a large portion of our staff has had a profound impact on everyone involved. It was a decision we did not make lightly, and we hope to never be in that position again.
Regarding employee compensation, we acknowledge that serving non-profit clients has a direct impact on the compensation we are able to offer. We have formed an internal committee to, among other things, revisit our compensation structure. While it may not result in monumental changes, we are hopeful this exercise will lead to positive change.
