      Pros

      Great immediate boss. Good salary. They have a some good equipment and fairly easy to get what is required for the job.

      Cons

      One of the most disorganised and top heavy places I have ever worked. The people who should get promoted don't, and the people who should be let go aren't. It's a shame as the potential is enormous.

      Pros

      Cape is a good Company if somebody want to learn what it takes to work in Oil and Gas Industries. This company provides us the basic training and allows us to grow our carrier.

      Cons

      Here one of the disadvantage is the salary increment and the management is not so good in giving appreciation to the workers.
