Pros
Overall calm environment- nobody's dying. Wonderful maturity and sense of responsibility among staff members, good teamwork when someone is out. Staff members really care about the patients, and work to give them the best service.
Cons
Can get hectic at times, management is constantly working to hire more staff. Pay is relatively low for every field.
