Constant struggle with mismanagement, short staffing in: nursing, techs etc. Though originally I do not think it is from a shortage of applicants it is more the constraints placed by a tightened budget that has lead to this spiral effect which is hard to get a hold of until the problem is fixed. All of this leads to a high stress level for all who work there creating problems in interpersonal work relations leading to interpersonal traumas and eventual burnout. All give their best eventually given time it wears heavy on all.
