- High comp and benefits plan - Great and unique solution

Cons

Everything else: - No work-life balance - Few senior management are not worthy and don’t appreciate hard work / have an idea how to solve problems but will be there to criticize - Poor HR and culture (arrogant attitude), no values - WFH - forget it

Very problematic on a personal level and weak technological leadership - who doesn’t take responsibility, and constantly looking whom to put the guilt on.

Well funded, nice benefits, spacious office

Cons

Most of the company projects are not profitable and they are not really technological. The only profitable project is the one exploiting loopholes in the bank law. Vacation days only can be accumulated within the calendar year. Not flexible regarding working from home or vacations. Social networks, messengers, and gmail are blocked in the office. Tense atmosphere.
