You will be I'm good books if you do whatever higher management says and if not then you will be fired.

Cons

Not a good company as misbehave with employees, shouting and insulting is one common business here. They will spoil your career and you risk your job because you don't know when they will fire you forcefully. Even raising voice against this is not going to benefit you. Zero compliance and ethics and least bothered how mgmt behave with female employees. All the committee members are together and if you complain then you will be kicked out of office.
