      We appreciate honest feedback from our staff and try to use this to get better. While we strive to create a positive work experience for all our employees, we understand sometimes people can be frustrated. We encourage all of our staff to speak with upper management any time there is a topic of concern.

      Patient Advisor. Spoke to patients and provided support for upcoming procedures.

      Pros

      Casual environment. Snacks and beverages. Great manager. Fun monthly lunches. I learned a lot about supporting patients. Was a great place to learn skills to open up better jobs.

      Cons

      Work could be repetitive. Sometimes it was hard to take time off around holidays, due to other employees already requesting off.
