Some great people who are desperately trying to keep the "old Captivate way" alive.

Cons

Recent years and new leadership have done a number on this company...and not in a good way. You used to be valued as an employee and as a human being---not the case anymore! You're a number. You're disposable. And they aren't afraid to tell you that to scare you and make you worried about losing your job every single day....until that day finally comes- and it will.

Can whoever at Captivate is removing negative reviews, and immediately writing 100%, all star positive reviews after a negative review is posted on Glassdoor, stop it? You're coming across as naive.
