The HR people are trying their best to improve culture, but it's still a long way to go.
Cons
* Poor benefits * The COO is very patronizing and micromanages a lot * Not attending events outside working hours is frowned upon * Expect to have to stay beyond the regular 9am to 5:30pm schedule, especially on Wednesdays
