No opportunity for advancing your future. Supervisor will put you down and talk junk about you everyday. Lead operator's will not help you without putting you down. One of them thinks his way is the only way. They create a hostile work place. Unless you are a buddy then you can do has you please. Rules are only for certain individuals. Very disappointed with this company

This was absolutely the worst company I have ever worked for. If they are recruiting you, RUN in the opposite direction. They have absolutely no processes, SOPs, or any type of structure in place. Safety and Quality are a joke and they care absolutely nothing about you.

It's a great place to learn how to work hard and how to manage people if you work your way up.

Cons

I hated every minute of it. The supervisor and boss always had problems with everyone around and made life miserable. I only stayed as long as I did because the job market was terrible.
