Pros

There are many young people that work there, age does not seem to be a discriminating factor.

Cons

Unprofessional environment, sexism is rampant as is favoritism, financial instability, product has a shelf life, they are short sighted as a company.

Dogs are allowed in the office.

Cons

The CEO, Ben, has the "cool kid" persona, but doesn't back it up with leadership. No accounting processes set in play, no structure. An entirely young staff (all but maybe 2/3 people are below the age of 40). This might sound appealing, but once the dis-organizational headache hits, you'll be longing for your last job.

I wish there were some but truly there isn't. Huge mistake ever working for this CEO and company.

Cons

Where do I begin. Not trustworthy. Never keeps their word. They truly do play favorites which is ridiculous when you are running a business.
