      Pros

      Team members are good and helpful though busy in their own free lancing work.

      Cons

      Get hired as a developer and take interviews in the night as management thinks he hired you for 9 hours and can assign any task irrespective of what work you are designated to do. No values at all. Appraisal is also given to those who are good at licking toes of management.
