They do work with the state of washington to accept ALL Medicaid and Medicare, even though they don't have much openings.
Cons
Hiring Manager for Sales and Marketing is nice at first, but is all over the place, not organized, likes to yell at people and be extra dramatic, sets no exception and only gives you short window to perform, either she is off or the company is promoting people that shouldn't be in management positions!
