      Great culture and teams. Exciting projects.

      Cons

      Often asked to burn the midnight oil, but that's not too bad given the variety of excellent projects. Not the best vacation/parental packages.

      * Software is first class citizen here * Lots of very skilled and talented people to work with/learn from * Hands on technical CEO * Lots of interesting work * Much less office politics than other places I've worked

      * still maturing software development process * still in the process of creating smooth hiring processes
