- With fewer employees, you may have to take on more responsibilities, leading to longer hours and higher stress levels - have tighter budgets, which can mean fewer resources for tools, training, or hiring additional team members - The HVAC AI space is becoming increasingly competitive, with larger companies and startups entering the market which have put pressure on the company to differentiate itself - management might be a mess
