Very friendly environment, people are always willing to teach you and help you learn.
Cons
Hours are kind of long during busy season. Will get up to 55 billable a week maybe 6 days a week. Weekends are not mandatory , but you might have to work one day to make sure you get all your hours.

Camaraderie among staff was good. Met lots of cool people. 40hr/ week was typical. No one really exceeded that manager/ partners aside. They did take notice in a specialty of mine and asked for help with work in that department.
Cons
Pretty sterile work environment. They tracked every detail of your work and were a bit helicopter like. Pay was not competitive.
