Personal opinion & experience:
1. That management truly believe that standing (under order) for 3hrs a day at your desk to make phone calls is the most productive use of your time. ( It is most certainly not.)
2. Highest staff turnover of any company I have seen so far
3. Evident lack of respect for employees
4. Staff never respond to emails, unless you send them repeatedly, daily.
5. Constant recruiting when no money to pay current staff or office costs
6. Negative, bullying environment & office that looks like a warehouse so impossible to have client visit.
7. What they sell you in the recruitment process & what you actually get ....
8. There is no visible staff retention ethic / motivation in place & you are not valued as an individual.
9. Aggressive sales environment with unrealistic KPI's
10. Consider this a commission only role
