      Quick interview process Good for freshers Non bpo experience considerations Remote job Easy interview

      Cons

      Big No as no job security. Huge rate of Attrition and overnight they remove your access without notifying (multiple cases within our batch). No Respect towards employer no matter person is senior. lack of communication & guidelines from HR, managers, director. Lack of training, knowledge sharing, no detailed SOPs but yet high expectation of accuracy with increasing target and yes it’s a data entry. Expectation is “You have to hit 100 percent on the first go” - No excuses

      Pros

      People are the pros of this company. Some very talented people here with vast experience.

      Cons

      The benefits and the support systems like HR, Payroll management, Health insurance etc., are below par. As part of our jobs, we are supposed to take care above mentioned aspects of our clients. But when it comes to own employees, we are made to run pillar to post as everything is outsourced (except HR, who sits in Singapore) to companies who care very less in what they are offering.

      Pros

      There is no as such pros with this company , for every small thing you will get and email to be put on PIP . Managers , seniors doesn’t know anything about the process but expect a lot from resources . I would recommend never to join this place as this is just an entry level job with no career development., nothing to learn , this is going to impact your career and the very most important thing , if you will join you will never get a chance to resign , management will terminate for Xyz reason.

      Cons

      No pros , this company only has a list of consequences. Seniors and team members are not at all good , US people are good but when it comes to India office , there is no co-operation, rubbish talks will happen at your back . A very bad culture with no mental peace , no work life balance and a lot of stress .Never join this place , if joining stay away from seniors and team members .
