management out of touch with employee and patient needs, straight hourly pay without ANY benefits (PTO, holiday pay, insurance, etc)., overall punitive and negative environment and culture
The organization (as a whole) is very responsive to the needs of the local community. They provide the services that are needed and also expand their categories of care to ensure that they care for the clients' whole person needed.
Cons
Management still treats the company as though it is a small "mom and pop" shop. Favoritism and "kiss-ups/yes men" are prevalent and can make progress (progressive thinking) disjarring and unwelcome in the current environment.
