Leading the Customer Success team provided immediate exposure to fintech payment challenges and enterprise merchant relationships. The company culture genuinely emphasizes empathy and customer-centricity, which translates into meaningful support for both team members and merchants.

1. Team Management is great. 2. Management actually hears the team requirements to bring Positive change 3. From Hiring to Onboarding HR team is very efficient. 4. HRBP Sneha has been such a positive influence. Efficient and Excellent in handling any and every query. The amount of efforts this lady puts in to make this a safe space for employees is commendable.

There are plenty of learning opportunities, especially for those coming from a non-fintech background. Compensation is fair, and salaries are always credited on time. The leadership team is approachable, encourages professional growth, and trusts employees without micromanaging. Overall, Cashfree Payments offers a positive environment with strong leadership and ample opportunities to learn and grow.

Lot of opportunities to grow. If you are focussed, dedicated and want to create an impact then this is the place. Good leadership, Hard working team and overall a good culture which appreciates good work

Cons

Two offices makes it difficult to coordinate between different teams but soon this will be over as company is going to have a new large office.
