Pros

False creek vancouver, beautiful view, easy to get to.

Cons

Low pay, stressful working environment, often asked to do taks not related to your job, do not invest in modern technology, lots of lying and going back on promises, often do not get paid the correct salary.

Pros

The team is nice, really laid-back and chill. Lots of activity, drinks on Friday, and high-end coffee and snacks for employees.

Cons

Training of new employees isn't great or well thought out. Management will say one thing and mean another, expecting you to decipher what they really want from you. The rating system of how you're feeling during the weekly morning meeting is kind of silly.
