      Pros

      Extremely (too) diversified product range (this is also a con!) Past glory = brand name for customers that still believe in fairy tales. Few good guys that try to compensate each management disaster by working very hard.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, former CEO (Mr. Herold) had no time to change company culture and poor habits. As someone wrote, the new one (ad-interim) is simply cutting heads for making good financial numbers without real mid-term strategy. I guess this is for getting a nice CF in order to sell the company.

      Pros

      Shipping/receiving/packline are very positive and welcoming. Work isn't too hard. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Human resource is worthless. Very unprofessional. Bad representation for company. Plant manager has no idea what he is doing. Caters to 50+ year old men whom still have temper tantrums. Environment seems racist and divided. Rules are only enforced for certain ethnicities.
