Pros

They are flexible and most people there are nice and easy to get along with. Benefits are ok but could be better.

Cons

Too much favoritism and lack of leadership. They’re very unorganized and management is a unprofessional and a joke. If you voice your concerns or go to HR, it’s a problem and your asked to confront the person and they’re told who said what. There’s no confidentiality. They tolerate bullying and make excuses for the bullies. No advancement opportunities.

Cons

Working for this company is all in “Who you know” type aspect. The model is a great one, but I don’t really see the company lasting long Without being bought out. The “Leadership” was just ok. As previously stated, most of them know each other. That’s how they were brought on. Just because you know someone, doesn’t make them managerial material. There’s also Nepotism here. Realtives/spouses on the same team. It was ok, but once working there I quickly understood why the turnover rate was so high. They also will NOT provide a bonus to anyone who worked there after putting in their two weeks. Supposedly it’s an “incentive” to stay? How is that when you have worked through out the year? That logic makes absolutely no sense. I’m sure the CEO will see this, and I really hope he does. You lose great workers when fairness isn’t across the board. I wouldn’t recommend anyone for an open position either. The pay is not equal to the workload or the D/FW area. What does a new building have to do with your pay? There’s also no tuition reimbursement either. There’s really no advancement. If so, there is the pay difference doesn’t change. It would be a “Lateral move”. The only positive here is medical insurance. If you don’t have kids. The deductible is still sky high though. So no, I wouldn’t come back and this is just an honest review. Left and so happy I did. Hopefully things turn around for the ones still there. Most only stay because of the friendship they have made. Heard that all the time while there. Lastly, upper management/Leadership definitely needs more diversity. There’s none, which I really didn’t understand why.
