Entrepreneurial, innovative, good people who care about making the company better, flat hierarchy, a sustainability leader, great leadership. North American presence (Can & US operations) with interesting internal and external organizational relationships.
Cons
Some growth pains (and also opportunities) from recent doubling in size. Bit of a hike to coffee/food, and traffic can be challenging. Challenging sector.

Great group of people to work with, many opportunities to advance and challenging work
Cons
CatalystPaper is notorious for overloading the workload of the motivated/competent employees and letting others coast by with little to no expectations. Certain staff are eligible for overtime, however the group that work 90% of the late hrs and call in are not. Paper Excellence does not pay their bills in a timely matter and due to that most suppliers have black listed them making it incredibly hard to run day to day operations.
