      There’s only one HR who is pretty incompetent CEO is full of bs. Just because he started the company around 2008, even till today he keeps saying the same stuff as an achievement, tells everyone not to worry and then lays off folks in a week. He has a bunch of favourites who are extremely incompetent and run the company however they want. You are made to report to these people. This company has gone nowhere, absolutely no innovation, they take one year to build small features, and it is so outdated. Almost like you’re using a tool from the early Internet era, but their website is fancy weirdly. Anyway go here if you want to lose all drive in life

      Work life balance is given importance Lots of monetary benefits like wfh allowance , fitness challenge Mandatory off given for summer Fridays, thanksgiving and Christmas

      Cons

      Apart from those perks mentioned above. There is absolutely nothing . Worst management ever . They hire people in the team even if it’s not required and there is absolutely no work in the team at all .
