Management is a perfect example of toxic environment style. Never saw that in 20 years career. Permanent stress given to team. No Objectives except pushing for orders, even if it means lying to client and delivering unproper goods. Communication with teams is very close to humiliation of colleagues and same impolite way with clients. No vision further than end of the month closing. No possibility to discuss. Someone doubting about management methods will be fired immediately.
