Nothing and everything in the company is waste
Cons
They will play cheap politics and they will force you to work to send mail to main department which are of pre planned by them. And written by them and which is a resignation evidence on behalf of them. It is a concerns for hR to not show their legs to company freshers because they ignored you. Inductions are of no use, please provide inductions in the form of ppts because they do not want to see you on waste makeup you have applied.
