      Decline in employee care after new CEO arrived

      Pros

      Used to have a good work dynamic where they truly cared about the employees and in return built a system of trust and hard working individuals. All went away when new CEO joined.

      Cons

      Profit is their only motive now. Total lack of care for employees.
