      I don't consider the bare minimum facilities as Pros

      Late Salaries always around 14th - 21st No Proper work Channels No Proper Hierarchy is followed ever Full of delusion and Ego Biased towards certain Individuals offering them ease to work while the rest suffer No Growth Opportunities Some people are cringe and "THARKI" Very less overtime is given Never compensated for working on Off days

      You'll get good increments, and the employees are really good

      You won't be have personal life or mental piece anymore they don't pay on time plus the project management is so poor that people with no experience can do even better management proper La La Company
