There are a lot of cons: - testing methodology doesn’t work: run a split sample and you’ll see completely different results. Management will try to explain why this happens but you quickly realize they’re lying and covering up how bad the results are. - disrespectful to clients. I can’t get in to details but I’m appalled at how they handle client requests. - shady lab practices. Unfortunately this isn’t really the lab teams fault, but upper management pushes the lab employees to use expired materials and run testing that shouldn’t be ran. Being in sales I was always talking with the lab team to better understand how everything works and they told me some concerning practices.

The ALCAT test doesn't work and you are routinely trying to overcome that. It is really frustrating. Clients will run split tests and the results come back different and we have to work to explain why that is. Reputation for the testing has been tarnished due to that.
