Juniors traders are hired showing them big dreams, but are not told realities of the trading industry No proper training schedules in place to train new trainees. No Fundamental Analysis Culture. No technical analysis culture. Trading is promoted to be done on primitive strategies like Lot based trading and 1 minute tick chart trading. Very low tolerance towards new employess towards losses. expect new traders to make money within 2 months of joining. No offer letter, salary slip, experience letter.
