Pros

The opprotunity to leave as quickly as possible

Cons

Working in felt like the 1960s and having the audacity to drink from the wrong water fountain

Pros

Great building, great cause, wonderful people, coffee, GORP... (its a snack and you have to try it), educational, love the plants, great software, beautiful!

Cons

Watering plants outside required a watering can that had to be refilled many times to give the plants enough water! Yep that is it! The only complaint.

Pros

Ability to mediate local cases Office personnel are welcoming and personable Youth restorative justice opportunities via their Restorative Peer Court program Learn case management and case tracking They offer plenty of interesting and fun trainings that staff can attend for free A great way to get an introduction to the conflict and dispute resolution realm

Cons

As with most nonprofits, while this organization does phenomenal work they are underfunded.
