      HIGH TURNOVER AND POOR LEADERSHIP!

      -Great mission statement -Known commodity in the Indianapolis black community

      Cons

      -Alarmingly high turnover -Terrible employee benefits -Leadership team stuck in the 1950s -No oversight of managers who are able to treat direct reports poorly -Zero remote opportunities -Mission is "more important" than employee happiness

      Good mission, bad colleagues

      Mission, projects were fun, enjoyed location and proximity to parking, some good colleagues

      Cons

      Bad colleagues - the bad attitudes are insane there especially with the ones who have been there longer. The leadership team makes no sense who’s on it and unless you’re on that team, you don’t really matter. Watched a lot of great talent leave. Good employees get more work and bad employees get to stay because they’re liked personally. No room for growth and don’t you dare ask about a raise. Leadership team has different visions.
