Excellent benefits, salary. Warm, friendly, supportive colleagues.

Cons

Unstable, chaotic, unrealistic expectations. Going to work on a daily basis is like going to combat. It's impossible to get anything done because you are so busy putting out fires. Everyone's mental and physical health is at risk because it is so stressful. Management seems to be having a difficult time trying to but realistic systems/structure in place thus adding to the instability.

Great people and very pleasant environment great benefits, solid immediate supervision

Cons

Upper management and Board are playing testing games with the company and its staff, constant change without any real vision or understanding of health care environment. No respect for clinical staff, company has been destroyed due to inability of upper management and board to get their act together.

Seniors really appreciate your help and value of the service provided. The work and life balance is great and the benefits are the best.

Cons

The organization is going through transition and changes but all for good, with time everything will fall into place. Sometimes the communication within the staff can be difficult.
