Pros

The place can be the dream work place if you TRY TO PRESERVE WHAT CENTIRO ACTUALLY IS I.E. FLAT HIRARCHY organization. Good benefits. Good policies. Good product. Good stability.

Cons

Good managers left the organization putting the situation in the hands of new managers who are coming from the different industry and destroying culture. Flat hierarchy does not apply to them and bureaucracy is growing. There was a time when people used to felt lucky with what managers they have.

1. Free breakfast 2. Benefits and gifts 3. Conference and parties 4. CEO , country managers, HR and finance department, operation teams are too good. 5. You can reach out to upper management directly 6.Work life balance

Cons

1. Flat hierarchy is just show off. No flat hierarchy at all. 2. No roles and responsibilities are defined. No proper process. You can get any task to do. 3. Not much learning opportunities. 4. No proper performance is measured. If you are good with manager n say yes to everything which manger says then you will get good hike and appreciation
