There are honestly too many pros to name them all, when it comes to Central Point Partners. They are a military-friendly company and they don't just say that to sound good, the CEO (Pam) works daily to find solutions on how to employ more military spouses and veterans. CPP has one of the best company cultures I have ever seen. The team is a family and everyone treats one another with the highest level of respect. CPP functions at such a high level because each of it's team members operate as a solid unit, while still highlighting individual strengths and passions. I'm so grateful to be part of the CPP family, and I look forward to what is in store in the years to come!

Pam Stanczewski, the CEO, is a phenomenal leader who works hard to create a culture that is results oriented, inclusive, and supportive. Her military spouse program is providing unique opportunities to military spouses who really need the flexibility of a remote model. Kelly, Clarissa, and Yvette utilize a superb customer service model for all of their clients. Jen, Mimi, Rachel, and Stephanie are the best recruiters in the business. This is a company you want to do business with because of who they are and the results they produce.
