Solid product and decent place to be if you live/work in Israel

Cons

For an organization that talks about the importance of "putting the employee at the center," they do not practice what they preach. It is an unhealthy environment with no work/life balance. They joke that you can sleep when you're dead, and they reward people who work harder, not smarter. It's hard to move things forward and scale when strategy keeps changing and the executive team is in the weeds.
