      Pros

      The team is very welcoming, the environment gives one, ample opportunities to implement one's knowledge. also, encourages to try something new. Each member strives to give their best and the same is expected out of a new joiner. If you love to work and passionate about what you do, this is the place to be. The management is accommodating.

      Cons

      There has been an issue of salary not being dispatched, in time. Having said that, its in the resolving stage. Hope, it gets sorted soon.

      1. A great place to start your career. 2. The management is really receptive of your ideas and thoughts and at times give full control over a process. 3. Opportunity to learn new things and maybe even completely switch your domain; the firm will support you through it. 4. A comparatively relaxed working environment with helpful and courteous employees.

      Cons

      1. Salary cycle needs to be implemented strictly.

      Pros

      Challenging work environment. You really see how your work contributes to the success of the company. Amazing challenges and huge opportunity to build solutions that scale. Team is amazing, management is wonderful, constantly learning on a daily basis. I feel the energy everyday working here.

      Yes, when you need to complete an assignment, you are expected to as you should!
