Pros

I've been with this company for three years now, and it's been an incredible journey. The company culture is supportive and inclusive, and I've had numerous opportunities for growth and advancement. Management truly cares about employee well-being and development, and the benefits package is top-notch. I feel valued and appreciated as a member of the team

Pros

Flexible timings, leave flexibility, Good packages for freshers

Cons

Management is terrible, unapproachable. Managers yell at employees and are extremely dominant. Although there is initial scope of learning and developing skills, it gets stagnant at certain point as we aren't given access to any kind of tools, software's which is a major setback. No career growth as we do the same monotonous work for years. Lot of politics during appraisal and promotion the same set of people receive awards, bonuses always, your hard-work is barely considered and rewarded.

Pros

Great colleges and projects as of now

Cons

Senior management teaches work ethics to the entire world yet they themselves don’t have basic ethics on how to behave with experienced employees. Their toxic and biased behaviors towards colleagues is worried. few employees are benefited just by doing personal favors for management team though they are under qualified. As they say, it’s not the workplace that makes us overwhelmed and stressed. It’s people who create such situations. There are only two employee's senior director and senior manager, both will take all the credit for all the work done by the rest of the team and make sure there is no visibility to others. Managers are not allowed to take any actions, or they are involved in any decision making. Seems like we are getting paid to follow their orders and should not question back. This is like more monopoly.
