      Learn a lot through trail and error The job itself is cool and meet a lot of new and interesting people

      Cons

      Left on your own to figure things out and unrealistic expectations. Feel like independent contractor who has to bring all your own equipment and use own car .

      Pros

      Modern Products. The systems being sold are modern and have most if not all the features that an owner needs. POS System As A Service Service (AAS) subscription model is really attractive to both restaurant owners and sales reps since there is very little upfront needed for an independent restaurant owner to get started. Great Support. The one thing that sets Cervion apart is its dedication to local support. Preferred Processing. Customers can choose who they want to process with, so many customers appreciate that they are not 'locked in' to just one provider. Leadership. They are always open to discuss open items and help the client.

      Cons

      It's a competitive industry with a lot of credit card companies offering similar systems but a lot of opportunities to grow if you work the territory and service the client.

      A lot of opportunity to grow. Ability to work from home office. Expanding company into new markets with a newer system so there is potential.

      Cons

      Market is flooded with cheaper, adequate POS systems. Not a lot of marketing done for current system being sold. Minimal training.
